INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

All purpose flour

Powdered sugar

Cornstarch

Butter

Vanilla Extract

Mix the flour, cornstarch and powdered sugar in a medium bowl and set aside.

Beat the butter until creamy and add the vanilla.

Add the flour mixture in 2 batches and stir at slow speed. The dough will look crumbly.  At this point, mix at med-high speed for almost 15 seconds until the dough comes together.

Place 2 teaspoon big pieces from the dough onto the parchment paper and make balls.

Flatten the balls with your palm/fingers and press with a fork. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until the top of the cookies set.

Once completely cooled, coat the cookies with powdered sugar.  Remove the excess by shaking the cookies before placing on a plate.
