INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

Stir the flour and salt in a medium bowl, set aside.

sugar and melted butter in a large mixing bowl and mix until combined.   Once combined, mix in the egg and vanilla extract.

Place the granulated sugar, dark brown

Stir in the flour in 2 batches. Fold the white chocolate and cranberries into the mixture with a spoon/spatula.

Place the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake for almost 30 minutes or until the top is lightly brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.  A few moist crumbs are fine.
