Homemade Buttermilk
You can turn milk into buttermilk in just 5 minutes!
Servings: 1 cup
- 245 g/233ml (1 cup) milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar
Pour the milk into a cup.
Add in the lemon juice or white vinegar and stir.
Let it stand for 5 minutes or so until the mixture thickens and curdles.
