When you want to drink a healthy smoothie without added sugar, you can make this yummy banana smoothie in 2 minutes!

Ingredients
  • 1 large ripe banana sliced and frozen
  • 185 g (3/4 cup) milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon*
  • 4 pinch nutmeg**
  • 3-5 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place the milk, frozen banana slices, cinnamon and nutmeg into the blender and blend for a minute or until blended.


  2. Add the ice cubes, just blend until the ice cubes are crushed but still have little pieces in the smoothie.

Recipe Notes

*If you prefer a light cinnamon flavor use just ¼ teaspoon. 

*If you don’t have nutmeg or don’t like the taste, you can omit it. I use almost, even less than 1/16 teaspoon of nutmeg.
