Ingredients

  • 125 g (½ cup) natural peanut butter*
  • 75 g (¾ cup and 1 teaspoon) old fashioned rolled oats**
  • 42 g (2 tablespoons) honey or maple syrup if vegan

Instructions

  • Place the peanut butter and honey/maple syrup in a medium bowl and stir with a spoon/spatula until combined.
  • Add the rolled oats and stir with a spoon/spatula until combined.  Place the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes before rolling into balls to let the mixture set.
  • Make 2 teaspoon-big balls (15-17 grams) out of the mixture and place them on a parchment paper-lined small baking sheet or a plate. I use my small cookie scoop. You can enjoy them as they are or keep them in the freezer for 15 minutes to let them set.

Notes

*You can make your homemade peanut butter using only peanuts. You can check my how to make healthy peanut butter post.
