All purpose flour Baking powder Eggs Granulated Sugar Milk Vanilla Extract Butter Strawberries Cream Cheese

First make the crumbles.  Stir the sugar and flour in a medium bowl with a fork.  Add the melted butter on top and continue to stir to form crumbles.  Set aside.

Then make the cream cheese filling by stirring cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract.   Set aside.

Continue with the batter.  Stir flour and baking powder with a whisk.

Stir the eggs and sugar with a whisk.   Mix in the butter, milk and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture over the flour mixture and stir with a whisk. Fold the strawberries with a spoon.

Leaving 6 tablespoons of batter aside, divide the batter into 12 cup muffin pan.  Place the cream cheese filling in the middle.

Add the remaining batter on top of cream cheese.  Top with crumbles.

Bake for almost 22 minutes or until the muffins (the batter part) look golden brown and the crumbles are lightly brown.
