INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

Place the flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl and stir with a whisk.

Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl for almost 20 seconds or until just combined.

Mix in the melted butter and buttermilk.

Add the dry ingredients over wet ingredients in 3 batches.  Start with a whisk and then continue with a spatula.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 35 minutes or until the toothpick that is inserted into the center comes out clean.

Once you remove the pan from the oven, let the cake sit in the pan for 10  minutes. Then invert it to a wire rack to cool.

Let the cake cool for at least 45 minutes to cut proper slices.
