INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED
All-purpose flour Pumpkin spice Ground cinnamon Baking soda Baking powder Granulated sugar Brown sugar Unsalted butter Pumpkin puree
Stir the flour, pumpkin spice, ground cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Add the melted butter, brown and granulated sugar in a medium bowl and stir with a whisk until just combined.
Mix in the pumpkin puree.
Gradually add the flour mixture. You can start to mix with a whisk and continue with a spatula.
Take 1 and ½ tablespoon-large balls from the dough and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Flatten the balls.
Bake for 7 and ½ minutes or until the top of the cookies slightly set and the edges are lightly brown.
