INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED
– All-purpose flour – Rolled oats – Butter – Sugar – Cinnamon – Peaches – Almond extract – Lemon juice – Cornstarch
Peel and chop the peaches.
Mix in the lemon juice and almond extract.
Toss the peaches with sugar and cornstarch.
Place flour, oatmeal, sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl and mix. Add melted butter and stir with a spoon.
Place ⅔ of the mixture into an oven-proof dish and spread evenly.
Cover the crust with the peach mixture and sprinkle the remaining dough on top. Bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden brown.
