If you don't have lemon curd, first you should make it and let it set in the fridge for at least an hour.
You need, eggs, lemon, butter and granulated sugar.
Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl on medium speed for almost 2 minutes until creamy with a hand-held mixer or with paddle attachment if using a stand mixer.
