INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED

Place flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl and stir with a whisk.

Mix sugar and eggs in a medium bowl with a whisk.

Mix in the melted butter, buttermilk and molasses.

Pour the wet ingredients over the flour mixture.  You can start to stir with a whisk and continue with a spatula.

Divide the batter into 12 cup muffin tin.  Fill to the top. Bake for 19 minutes or until a toothpick that is inserted into the center of the muffins comes out clean.
