Apples

Semi-sweet chocolate

White chocolate

Chocolate chips

Cut washed and dried apples into 0.5 to 0.6inch (1.25-1.50 cm) thick slices.

Let the apple slices dry on a paper towel as much as they can.

Make a small slit at the bottom of each slice to insert wooden sticks easily.

Melt the semi sweet chocolate over bain-marie.

Dip the apples into chocolate. Then place the apples into the fridge to let the chocolate set for almost 20 minutes. During this time melt the white chocolate.

Pipe small circles using white chocolate to make the eyes and add chocolate chips over the white circles.  Start to drizzle the chocolate avoiding drizzling the eye part.
